After in-depth assessment, including producing a 360 feedback report from members of your team, our coach will help create a personalized self-awareness plan, and track progress through regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions, arranged to fit with a busy schedule.
Our live or online workshops provide leaders with practical, science-based approaches designed to enhance self-awareness skills. Workshops focus on real-world challenges and offer strategies that participants can implement immediately with their teams. Choose from pre-built modules across a variety of topics, or let us build a custom program based on your organization’s needs.
Workshops cover a wide variety of topics, anywhere from “Management Essentials” to “Team Building and Communication” to “Giving Positive and Constructive Feedback”. Each includes opportunities for self reflection, practice, and commitment-setting to improve self-awareness. We can run workshops for groups as small as 3 or as large as your organization needs.
Looking for a more scalable coaching solution? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 self-awareness coaching to a large group of leaders. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Members of your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need one.
