Our 360-degree evaluation process is designed to provide targeted, actionable feedback that drives real results. Here's our proven assessment process:

1. Stakeholder Interviews

For a personalized deep dive, leaders select a group of key stakeholders for Elevate to interview — anyone from direct reports, managers, peers, or anyone else that they interact with on a regular basis. Through this, we will learn about your strengths, blind spots, and how you are perceived across your organization.

2. Leadership Assessments

For broader coverage, Elevate will administer a written assessment to a collection of individuals from across the organization. These results can be quantified and anonymized, producing a data set based on which a leader can make decisions about where to focus their energy. This technique also enables us to view the leader’s blind spots more systematically by comparing self-reported scores to those gathered from colleagues. 

3. 360 Degree Report

Based on the feedback you receive in the interview and / or written assessment process, Elevate’s team will craft an evaluation report which covers your key strengths, weaknesses, blind spots, and prioritized areas for growth.

4. Personalized Action Plan

You will then co-create an actionable roadmap for your leadership development alongside an Elevate expert leadership coach. Each one of our coaches has previously been an executive, themselves, and intimately understands the goals and challenges that leaders face.

Elevate Programs that Leverage 360 Assessments

1-on-1 Leadership coaching

It is most often administered as part of your Executive Coaching engagement. After this initial infusion of data, you meet with your Elevate Executive Coach on a regular basis to work through your development goals, track progress, and tackle new challenges together.

Prior to Leadership Offsites or Workshops

360 Degree Assessments can serve as preparation for team offsites or workshops, both to tailor the materials and topics as well as to help each participant focus their energy on the subjects most relevant for their situations. 

Final Steps or as a Standalone

Some leaders choose to undergo 360 Degree Assessments to track blind spots and progress on their own. This can be especially useful at the end of a coaching period or some time after an intensive workshop, to ascertain how the leader’s shifts in behavior impacted their colleagues and direct reports
