An Elevate coach will then help craft a personalized action plan and track progress through 1-on-1 sessions, arranged to fit with busy schedules.
Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 coaching to a large group of leaders. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Individuals in your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need one.
