Leadership Coaching

With Elevate’s coaching program, each leader is paired with a dedicated coach who will work closely with them to identify challenges, opportunities, and goals. The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from members of the manager’s team. Our coach then crafts a personalized action plan and helps track progress through 1-on-1 coaching sessions, arranged to fit with busy schedules.

Change Leadership Workshops

Our live or online workshops provide leaders with practical, science-based approaches designed to help them better lead through change. Workshops focus on real-world challenges and offer strategies that participants can implement immediately with their teams. Choose from pre-built modules across a variety of topics, or let us build a custom program based on your organization’s needs.

Workshops cover a wide variety of change topics, from “How to lead through change” to “How to navigate change” to “How to have tough conversations”.

Coaching Office Hours

Looking for a more scalable coaching solution? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 change coaching to a large group of leaders. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Members of your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need one.

On-Demand Learning

We created Elevate Academy to enable ongoing digital learning for new and seasoned leaders alike. Elevate Academy is a way to provide on-demand access to leadership development courses via beautifully produced short-form videos.
