With Elevate’s coaching program, each leader is paired with a dedicated coach who will work closely with them to identify challenges, opportunities, and goals. The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from direct reports, peers, and managers. Your Elevate coach will then help you craft a personalized action plan and track progress through 1-on-1 sessions, arranged to fit with your schedule.
Our live or online workshops provide leaders with practical, science-based approaches designed to enhance accountability in their teams. Workshops focus on real-world challenges and offer strategies that participants can implement immediately. Choose from pre-built modules across a variety of topics, or let us build a custom program based on your organization’s needs.
Looking for a more scalable coaching solution? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 coaching to a large group of leaders. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for accountability coaching sessions. Members of your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need one.
