1-1 EQ Training for Leaders

Looking to improve your emotional intelligence skills with a dedicated coach? Our process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from your own team members. An Elevate coach will then craft a personalized action plan and track progress through 90 minute 1-1 sessions with you every other week.

Emotional Intelligence Training Courses

Elevate Academy is a membership based community that provides on-demand access to leadership development courses via beautifully produced short-form videos. Emotional intelligence curriculum includes courses such as “How to Be Empathetic”, “How to Be a Better Listener”, “Helping Others Feel Heard”, and more.

Leadership Workshops

Our group workshops are an effective way to implement EQ training for an entire executive team. Each workshop provides executives with practical, science-based tips designed to enhance emotional skills through real-world challenges that executives can implement immediately.

Coach Office Hours

Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1:1 emotional intelligence training to a large group of managers. A coach is available for a set time each week (or month) for coaching sessions. Managers in your group can then sign up for a session whenever needed.
