The workshop leverages the DiSC assessment to help articulate communication tendencies across your team. The cost of not addressing conflict on your team is huge but most people find it hard to know when and how to step in. This workshop provides a deep look at the 3 critical elements of conflict. You will learn how to help your reports have a conversation to resolve a conflict themselves, and if it comes to it, how to step in and mediate. Finally, you'll learn a step-by-step process to successfully navigate that mediation so you can confidently help a relationship in conflict make progress.

Group Coaching

Group Coaching is a great way to learn together and from one another, build community, and drive accountability. Elevate’s Group coaching can exist as a stand-alone series, follow an Elevate workshop, or leverage Elevate Academy content.

Participants get to ask the tricky questions and understand more clearly how to use what they’ve learned in their day to day. Importantly, group coaching can help an intact team adapt new techniques to their specific team dynamics and circumstances, leading to a healthier and more productive team environment.

Coaching Office Hours

Looking for a more scalable coaching solution? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 collaboration coaching to a large group of leaders. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Members of your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need one.

1:1 Leadership Coaching

With Elevate’s coaching program, each leader is paired with a dedicated coach who will work closely with them to identify challenges, opportunities, and goals. The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from direct reports, peers, and managers. Your Elevate coach will then help you craft a personalized action plan and track progress through 1-on-1 sessions, arranged to fit with your schedule.

On-Demand Learning

We created Elevate Academy to enable ongoing digital learning for new and seasoned leaders alike. Elevate Academy is a way to provide on-demand access to leadership development courses via beautifully produced short-form videos.
