Group Coaching is a great way to learn together and from one another, build community, and drive accountability. Elevate’s Group coaching can exist as a stand-alone series, follow an Elevate workshop, or leverage Elevate Academy content.

Importantly, group coaching can help an intact team adapt new techniques to their specific team dynamics and circumstances, leading to a healthier and more productive team environment.
Looking for a more scalable coaching solution? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 collaboration coaching to a large group of leaders. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Members of your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need one.
With Elevate’s coaching program, each leader is paired with a dedicated coach who will work closely with them to identify challenges, opportunities, and goals. The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from direct reports, peers, and managers.
