A 30 minute online meeting to discuss goals for coaching and working together.
Coachee selects 3 stakeholders to interview (30 minutes each) to get a 360 degree view of how they show up and are perceived by others.
Based on 360 feedback and the coachee's personal goals, we co-create an action plan outlining goals and what success looks like.
The agenda is set by the coachee, though coaches can provide more structure if needed. Leaders are encouraged to bring a current challenge they're facing to each session.
If something urgent comes up outside of typical sessions, coaches are always available as needed.
