Integrated coaching combines multiple leadership development approaches — such as classroom training and ongoing coaching — to strengthen learnings and cultivate good habits. Elevate Leadership's integrated coaching pairs our science-based leadership programs with ongoing expert coaching. In addition to skills learned through our workshops and digital courses, you will be matched with a dedicated coach who will work closely with you to identify your unique challenges, opportunities, and goals.

Leadership Workshops

Our live or online workshops provide leaders with practical, science-based approaches designed to enhance leadership skills. Workshops focus on real-world challenges and offer strategies that leaders can implement immediately with their teams. Workshops cover a wide variety of topics, from “management essentials” to “how to have tough conversations with employees” to “how to flex your leadership style.”

Leadership Coaching

With Elevate’s coaching program, each leader is paired with a dedicated coach who will work closely with them to identify challenges, opportunities, and goals. The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from direct reports, peers, and managers. An Elevate coach will then help you craft a personalized action plan and track progress through 1-on-1 sessions, arranged to fit with your schedule.

Coaching Office Hours

Looking for a more scalable coaching solution? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 coaching to a large group of new leaders. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Members of your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need one.

On-Demand Learning

We created Elevate Academy to enable ongoing digital learning for new and seasoned leaders alike. Elevate Academy is a way to provide on-demand access to leadership development courses via beautifully produced short-form videos. Examples of training courses include “How to Give Feedback”, “How to Coach as a Manager”, “Building Trust as a Team”, and more.

Intro Call

A 30 minute meeting to discuss goals for coaching and working together.

Light 360 Feedback Report

The client selects 3 stakeholders to interview to get a 360-degree view of how they show up and are perceived by others.

Leadership Offsite Workshops

The client attends an offsite or workshop(s) to contextualize relevant topics within their organization and team environment.

Tailored Action Plan

The coach and the client co-design a program based on the leader’s personal development goals and the management skills they feel less confident about. The program uses the classes on Elevate Academy for training and the session time for coaching, helping to practically apply the learnings into their day to day and troubleshooting. The session time also provides accountability for the leader.

90 Minutes of Coaching per Month

Coaching is broken down into a 60 minute session at the start of the month and 30 minutes mid month.

Access to Elevate Academy

Elevate Academy is our on-demand membership-based platform with 5-10 min videos on all the most critical management topics. The content is science-based, highly practical and engaging to watch. The membership you buy with this package lasts a whole year.

Follow Up Coaching

If something urgent comes up outside of typical sessions, coaches are always available as needed.
