Looking for a more scalable solution for a group of newly promoted managers? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 coaching to a large group of managers. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Managers in your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need one.

Elevate Academy is a way to provide on-demand access to leadership development courses via beautifully produced short-form videos.
