Executive Coaching

At Elevate, each executive is paired with a dedicated coach who works closely to identify challenges, opportunities, and goals. The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from members of the executive’s team. Our coach then crafts a personalized action plan and tracks progress through 90 minute coaching sessions every other week.

Leadership Workshops

Our leadership workshops provide executives with practical, science-based tips designed to enhance leadership skills. These workshops focus on real-world challenges and offer strategies that executives can implement immediately to drive positive change. Workshops cover a wide variety of topics, anywhere from “management essentials” to “how to have tough conversations with employees”.

Coaching Office Hours

Looking for a coaching solution for your entire executive team? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1:1 coaching to a large group of managers. A coach is available for a set time each week (or month) for coaching sessions. Managers in your group can then sign up for a session whenever needed.

On-Demand Learning

Research shows that 70% of a workshop is forgotten within a day, so we created Elevate Academy to enable ongoing learning. Elevate Academy is a membership based community that provides on-demand access to leadership development courses via beautifully produced short-form videos.

How 1:1 Executive Coaching Works

Intro Call

A 30 minute meeting to discuss goals for coaching and working together.

Light 360 Feedback Report

The Coachee selects 3 stakeholders to interview (30 minutes each) to get a 360 degree view of how they show up and are perceived by others.

Action Plan

Based on the 360 feedback and the coachee's personal goals, we co-create an action plan outlining goals and what success looks like.

90-Min Sessions Every Other Week

The agenda is set by the coachee, though coaches can provide more structure if needed. Leaders are encouraged to bring a current challenge they're facing to each session.

Follow Up Coaching

If something urgent comes up outside of typical sessions, coaches are always available as needed.
