Our coach then crafts a personalized action plan and tracks progress through 90 minute coaching sessions every other week.

Looking for a coaching solution for your entire executive team? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1:1 coaching to a large group of managers. A coach is available for a set time each week (or month) for coaching sessions. Managers in your group can then sign up for a session whenever needed.

A 30 minute meeting to discuss goals for coaching and working together.
The Coachee selects 3 stakeholders to interview (30 minutes each) to get a 360 degree view of how they show up and are perceived by others.
Based on the 360 feedback and the coachee's personal goals, we co-create an action plan outlining goals and what success looks like.
The agenda is set by the coachee, though coaches can provide more structure if needed. Leaders are encouraged to bring a current challenge they're facing to each session.
If something urgent comes up outside of typical sessions, coaches are always available as needed.
