As a female executive of color with a thinking style often in the minority of her orgs, she learned that being, and truly feeling, seen and heard, are essential to thriving in any environment. She pairs deep empathy with a rapid understanding of organizational systems to find the hidden patterns that her clients must shift.  Because her clients feel deeply cared for and understood, they are more primed to accept direct feedback and challenge on the toughest topics, enabling them to make internal operating system level adjustments.

She holds degrees from Georgetown University, the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and coaching certification from the Columbia Coaching Certification Program (3CP) at Columbia University.
