Isabel is an executive coach and mindfulness teacher with 20 years of experience developing leaders in tech companies (Google, Microsoft, Tucows). She has created and implemented many programs, both in the broader L&D fields and specifically in Leadership Development - from new manager training all the way into custom individual curricula for C-suite executives; across workshops, retreats, off-sites and 1-on-1.
Acutely aware of how brief life is, Isabel is passionate about the idea that happy, present, conscious leaders make happy, present and conscious teams (and families and communities) and that being a corporate leader doesn’t have to mean forgoing impactful, meaningful work.
Isabel graduated from Bordeaux and Lisbon Universities in Law, and pursued post graduate studies in the Czech Republic. She is a certified Coach by the Coach Institute of Ireland. She has lived in 7 different countries but is now enjoying a slower life in her small home town in Portugal with her 2 cats and golden retriever.
